Every exhibition begins with a partnership built on trust and professionalism.

Museo Egizio is an internationally recognized cultural institution. Its touring exhibitions are the result of a collaborative project developed together with a team of qualified professionals, able to design an exhibition suited to your venue and your audience and aligned with your goals. A touring exhibition is developed through an established process that supports you at every stage, from the initial enquiry to the final installation. Discover how we work and what it takes to be part of this journey.

Step-by-Step Process: From Concept to Opening in Six Phases

2. Co-Design
Work with our Curators, Registrar, and cultural mediation team to define the narrative, layout, communication strategy, and educational program.
3. Preparation
Administrative management of the loan process, production of custom supports for the artefacts, coordination of logistics and fine art services.
4. Transport and Installation
Our technical team supervises all handling and transportation procedures, from the packing of the artefacts to their final installation at the exhibition venue
5. Audience Engagement
We launch the exhibition with communication support, including press materials and a conference program.
6. Closing Phase
Deinstallation, return of the artefacts, and a shared impact report on the project. Ready for future collaborations.
