What could be nicer than listening to the stories of objects from the voices of people who do research every day?
Every artefact can conceal a thousand stories and the curators can reveal them to us in an exciting and engaging way, making us feel closer to the treasures that the Museo Egizio preserves in its halls and storage rooms. In this visit Johannes Auenmüller, curator at the Museo Egizio and of the new exhibition part of the cycle "In researcher's workshop", will guide you in the discovery of the exhibition “Cats, falcons and eels: votive bronzes for animal mummies” to reveal 5 bronzes depicting 5 different animals, each distinguished by its history, function, and its "contens”!
When: 23 November 2021; 5 January 2022 at 4.30 pm (duration 1 hour)
Price: 7,00 euros + Entrance ticket.
