The Collegio dei Fondatori is composed of legal representatives of the Founders and it is chaired by the President of the Fondazione.

The Founders are the following: Ministero per i beni e le attività culturali, Regione Piemonte, Provincia di Torino, Città di Torino, Compagnia di San Paolo and Fondazione CRT. Other public and private subjects can join the Fondazione, as provided by the Statute and the Ministerial Decree.

Evelina Christillin is president of the Museo Egizio since 2012.

The management board is appointed by the Collegio dei Fondatori and it consists of five members:

• THE PRESIDENT, designated by the Ministro per i beni e le attività culturali, Dr.ssa Evelina Christillin;


• a member designated by the President of the Regione Piemonte, Daniele Goglio;


• a member designated by the Città di Torino, Dr.ssa Francesca Paola Leon;


• a member designated by the Compagnia di San Paolo, Prof. Domenico Siniscalco.

The fifth member is currently being established.

The scientific committee is nominated by the management board and is presided by a scholar of highest repute in egyptology, designated by the Ministro per i beni e le attività culturali, on a proposal of the Direttore generale per i beni archeologici del Ministero. It is composed, excluding the President, by six members chosen from acknowledged experts on culture and art with a high degree of professional qualification, proven experience and, especially, specific competence in the Fondazione areas of activity.

• Ph.D. Neal Spencer – Curator at the Department of Ancient Egypt and Sudan, British Museum, Londra

The Collegio dei Revisori dei Conti is composed of five effective members, nominated from the Collegio dei Fondatori, of which:

• a full member jointly designated by Regione Piemonte, Provincia di Torino and Comune di Torino; Accountant Roberto Bianco,

• an alternate member designated by the Compagnia di San Paolo, Ph.D. Massimiliano Bonino.
